Our purpose
Farming communities are the crux of our food systems. Smallholder farmers, forming the majority in India, are plagued with challenges pertaining to access to quality inputs, knowledge, markets and finance. As they continue to undertake conventional, chemical intensive farming, they are oftentimes exploited, leading to high cost of production, lower productivity and low income. And the cycle continues. Our purpose is to improve the overall wellbeing of smallholder farmers through interventions that can help in producing food-safe produce complying with global quality standards without compromising on environmental health.
